My 2016 Sonata Engine went into limp mode. Distraught, I called Ken Garf Hyundai, hoping that they could take care of me. Kyle, the service manager, went above and beyond and found a way to get my car from Pleasant view to Sandy. Long story short, they resolved the engine issue, and then followed up with a particular concern I had with the transmission. Come to find out the transmission needed replacement Not surprised, they provided an incredibly competitive price for the service and transmission. Folks, it doesn’t stop there. During the test drive the fender guard was torn off due to a third-party error. David, my service manager, ordered the fender guard on my behalf. He promised to drop ship it to my location, and I agreed I would install it if he would replace the part even though it was not their issue to remediate, but it did occur on their watch. I waited a few weeks and did not hear from David. Come to find out, David had some personal issues to take care of, so I left a message for the service manager (Kyle) and he promptly returned my call, and this is where it gets interesting. He noticed the lag between David’s promise, and the part being delivered to their service center. He took it upon himself to bring the part to my home (62 miles away) and offered to install it himself in my driveway. Blown away, I told him that was not necessary, and if he could meet me halfway I would be more than grateful. I can certainly install a simple fender guard after all the work performed on my car. Upon considering a marketplace filled with a lack of good service, it is unbelievably refreshing to witness such wonderful customer service. My situation is a bit unique due to the different circumstances. I would never expect an incredibly busy service manager to do this every time I needed a fender guard, and nor should other customers. Still, Hyundai customers should feel reassured if they take their car for service at this wonderful shop knowing they will get some of the best customer service in this turbulent industry. They are busy because they are very good at what they do, so be patient and they will take care of you and your car.

Butrus (Bu) got me into a care and in and out of there in about an hour. He got me exactly what I wanted and Hyundai Motor Finance offered me a better interest rate than my Credit Union did. I got a beautiful 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe and he showed me how to use all the features. Ken Garff Southtowne is awesome.

My Fiancé and I have been with Ken Garff for the past 3 years now and it's been amazing working with them. Absolutely the best car buying experience we've had and we've bought a lot of cars in over 50 years of marriage. Leah was a super great sales person to work with and very knowledgeable and patient and not over pushy in helping us find the right car for us. Jenna was super great in the financing of our new car and not pushing us to purchase extras we didn't want. We always dread the overwhelming and pushiness of finance people but she was fantastic and actually made the experience very pleasant. We definitely recommend Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne.

Love this dealership! We have a Hyundai Santa Fe and everytime we've needed service, the service department has been amazing!
