I have had 2 services done on my new vehicle (5,000 mile service and tow hitch installation) and both times, the process was super easy, the service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction, video updates were provided along the way. and I came away feeling treated like a very valuable customer. Love this dealership! We have a Hyundai Santa Fe and everytime we've needed service, the service department has been amazing! We had a concern yesterday with the car and dropped it off overnight and the issue was resolved by noon. Ken Garff Hyundai is the model that all other car dealers should adopt for car servicing. They are always very friendly and courteous. You can usually get an appointment within a week, or two at the most, and they do a great job inspecting and servicing your vehicle. They send you texts during the service process with videos of their inspections so you can see for yourself what, if anything, is wrong. I've used them several times now and have had nothing but the best of service. Norman explains all the details very clearly so you know exactly what to expect, and what your options are.

5/4/24 - saw the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL Hybrid at 6am, sent a message over KSL on it's availability, 1 min later I received a reply saying it’s available. Salesman Aaron H. texted me shortly after to set an appointment. Aaron saved the car for me and I was able to purchase it later that afternoon. Perfect customer service and I highly recommend asking for Aaron H!!

We worked with Erin Cole in the sales department. She was so great to work with. She listened to our needs and wishes and found several cars that we might be interested in. She was patient and kind and friendly. We were with her several hours and she never rushed us and we finally found a car that met our needs and then some. We would definitely recommend Erin Cole.

Ask for Andrew. Exceptional sales associate - patient, no-pressure, helpful/knowledgeable. He came in on his day off so I could test drive a vehicle that just arrived. He went out of his way to barter/swap a vehicle at his dealership for the exact one I wanted at another dealership. Post-sales follow-up to walk me through all the new-car technology and order accessories. Definitely recommend.

I am in disbelief of how well my experience went at this dealership. They moved mountains to get the car I was interested in ready to test drive. The salesman Jorge was one of the best I have interacted with. There was zero pressure to buy anything. He simply asked me what I wanted and did his best to match me up with a car as best he could. Negotiations were fair and straight forward. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new Hyundai. I have never liked dealing with the finance department at any dealership but Jason at this location was straight up. This is the first time I went back to finance and left just as happy as I went in. To the whole team there, keep it up! You are putting everyone else to shame. The only critique I have which is found at every dealership is that the system they use to apply for financing seems to be the same system that they use to validate your identity as required by law. This leads to very awkward situations where cash customers are being asked to sign credit applications when they are not applying for credit. Unfortunately verbal agreements are always trumped by written ones so it would be nice to see them employ a different option for validating identity to avoid this. I trust this dealership but there is nothing to gain by opening that box, only risk that someone makes an honest mistake and tries to run credit anyway.

I had been looking for a 2022 Ram Laramie with low mileage that is priced fairly for a looooong time. Surprisingly enough, I Finally found one with all my preferred bells and whistles that was priced below current market value at this Hyundai dealership. I called to make sure the vehicle was still available and was greeted on the phone by Erin Cole - she was friendly and booked an appointment for me to come see the truck the next day. Afterward, I was putting some numbers into the website’s payment calculator and got a call from another sales rep - I included this because one of the first questions this person asked me was if I was working with someone at the dealership already and when I told them yes, they asked who so they could make sure that they updated my file and no one else reached out unnecessarily while I tinkered. I work in sales, and I’m not a fan of poaching or foul play, so this really set the tone of the experience. My wife and I arrived at the dealership and the truck was out front waiting for us and Erin greeted us at the welcome desk. Everyone was very friendly on our way in. She gave us the keys and said “take it for a spin, take as long as you need.” I loved this, my wife and I took a 45 minute joy ride to get to know the truck and fell in love with it. I had a trade in they looked over while we were out - it was filthy! I felt terrible but didn’t have time to clean it. Erin was so nice about it and said she’s seen way worse. When we got back we went over numbers and she and the finance manager, Jason, worked hard to get us the terms we wanted and fair value for my trade - this was also at 7 o clock on a Friday night! Both Erin and Jason were never pushy or shady about numbers or the contracts. Reading and signing docs was also incredibly easy and transparent thanks to a massive desk sized tablet they use. Both Erin and Jason were so helpful and informative that we never felt uncomfortable like we have in the past at other dealerships. By far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.
