I am a first time car buyer without a co-signer, so I had a complicated situation regarding what car I could get. I got a loan, and Andrew helped me find a great car. He spend 2 hours with me at the dealership going over all of my questions and concerns and even let me test drive cars more than once because I wanted to be completely confident about my purchase. He really was honest, and made me feel safe and secure about the purchase, but didn’t rush me either. I again found a great car, *that was listed as Kenn Garff Certified on the website*. Fast forward to when I picked the car up, this is where my experience took a slight turn. I had an appointment, and waited over an hour after my appointment time to talk to someone close to the two hour mark. When signing the paperwork, the finance guy who was helping me, was talking about warranty’s I could add on since the car didn’t have any warranty/was not garff certefied. I then said, well this car already has a 3 month warranty on it, and it went back and forth. It was very frustrating because he brought in other people that kept telling me the same thing: this car isn’t garff certified and doesn’t have any warranty. I then had to make a big deal, because the whole reason I looked at this car was because it was certified. They ended up adding the certification and warranty onto the contract, but it was very disappointing and felt wrong as if they were trying to get me to buy more warranty. Overall, I had a great experience, especially with Andrew, but still very disappointed about how the listing said it was certified, everyone told me it was, but when it came time to buy it, they switched up.

I wish I could give Luis at Ken Garff 10 stars! Luis was amazing from start to finish! We had a terrible experience at Velocity down the street that wouldn’t let us do our own financing. I called and spoke with Luis to see if they would let us do our own financing and he said yes of course. He immediately jumped into action to help us find the right car. I was so impressed with the text messaging efficiency and his prompt and personal care! Luis at Ken Garth sent us details of the available cars. He sent a video of the car my daughter liked and put a purchase order agreement together before we even saw the car in person so that we could get a check processed for the purchase. Phenomenal customer service! The price was fair and we didn’t even feel like we needed to negotiate a discount or anything due to the fact that they were so straightforward in the sales process. If you want an amazing car buying experience run to Ken Garff and ask for Luis!
I’ve been a die hard Hyundai owner since 2013. I’ve bought my previous vehicles while I lived in Orlando and have not been disappointed. When you go to Ken Garff southtowne, see Erin. She’s the most efficient, knowledgeable, transparent, up front, no nonsense, thorough, and caring salesperson I’ve ever had the good fortune to come across since moving to Salt Lake City. What I respect most about the sales process with Erin is she always kept my needs in mind when we spoke about vehicle choices, and put down reality when my expectations were way out there. She knew when to step away to give me time to think and when she returned, she always asked if I needed more time or any other questions I had. What I really dig most about Erin is, when I was last at Ken Garff and worked with her on another vehicle, she didn’t take it personal when I said thanks but no thanks. I regret not working with her because when I settled on purchasing the vehicle, another sales rep I ended up working with made it a sales transaction and not what mattered to me. Then as fate would have it, my new car got totalled in a rear end collision and deemed a total loss. I went back to get a new car and saw Erin again. She remembered me and asked how I was loving my Santa Fe. She was still as professional, sweet, courteous, no nonsense as when we first met. I told her what happened and asked if she was working with anyone at the moment. She said no and I worked with her instead. She instantly put me at ease, and was as knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, transparent, no nonsense, with all the 2025 models as she was the 2024. She offered that I look at different styles of the model I wanted and gave me hands on comparisons that online does not do justice to when you compare vehicles. She even gave my better half insight on the matte finish on a model and why, with my busy lifestyle, it would not be a good fit. In the end, I am the proud owner of the 2025 Hyundai Tucson limited. It fits my needs, comfort, value and the price point was on point. Also shout out to Jenna the finance officer there. She explained everything and made sure I knew what I was signing and why before my own hit the paper. I asked questions and she was also upfront, kind, courteous, and thorough. Up until 3/1/2025, I did not want anything to do with Ken garff Hyundai due to previous interactions. Thanks to employees like Jenna and Erin, I will not only continue investing in the Hyundai brand, but will highly recommend Ken Garff Hyundai for your vehicle needs.

First time I felt like I was treated like a human while shopping for a car. Sometimes it's the dealership that makes a difference and sometimes it's the people you work with. These guys took really good care of us, finding exactly what we wanted, super chill and easy to work with. Super happy with our purchase.

Devon was my tech that worked on my car and the video he filmed was super helpful and very much appreciated. I think dealerships get a bad rap but you can definitely trust this one!

Amazing place. Erin and Ashlyn mad sure I got the car i wanted, and didn’t pressure me at all. They made me feel really comfortable compared to how I was treated my first time buying a car and now it is a 10/10. Everyone i spoke to is very nice and caring.
Been coming here to do regular maintenance on my Hyundai. I've had consistently great service here. Justin is always very informative, down to earth, and helps find affordable options for me. Since their remodeling completed they have a comfortable waiting area with a great automated coffee machine, soda machine and some light snacks. The advanced care oil service is nearly 1/3 the price of Jiffy Lube and other walk-in oil changes. Sometimes they can be a bit slow, but having the text updates on my vehicle and coffee makes my wait quite comfortable. Easily the best service center I've used for routine maintenance.
