I had several recalls addressed and new brake pads installed on my 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I had no issues scheduling my appointment online and getting all my vehicle’s issues addressed. It was a long day since I stayed while the work was being done, but the customer lounge was comfortable.

I had a great experience buying a car here! Taylor and Parker were very fun and so much help with the whole process. I came in with my eye on a specific car but unfortunately someone was in the process of buying it. Even though the car I had in mind was taken, they tried their best to help find another car and I ended up finding one! Overall they made the whole process easy and very enjoyable!!

I cannot express enough how much I have appreciate David in your Service Department. I have been in several times because the very first time he made me feel like he really cared. I am 84 years old and that meant so much to me. In fact, I have a 2017 Hyundai Senata and just last September I bought a 2025 Hyundai Elantra and wanted to credit that purchase to David. I feel like he is a true friend and not just an employee at Ken Garff Hyundai that I haveworkd with.
