I would recommend working with Aaron H to ANYONE. Aaron was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and well informed. I didn’t have many questions but I felt like I could have asked a thousand questions and it wouldn’t have been a bother. When looking at higher trim options, I felt no pressure whatsoever to upgrade to something I didn’t need. Options were presented in a way that felt more like sharing information rather than a sales pitch. One of the easier care buying experiences I’ve ever had.

My wife and I just purchased a new vehicle from Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne, and our experience was stellar. Our sales rep was Sully Wells. Our initial interactions were done via email and text, and Sully was very responsive, helpful, and paid attention to everything we asked for and about (as opposed to a guy from another dealership who did not pay attention to much at all and was not helpful). He even went to Ogden to get the vehicle we were looking for, so that we could have the color combination and features we really wanted. The dealership was very clean, and all of the people we worked with were very helpful and kind. I recommend anyone to purchase your next vehicle from this dealership. If we lived closer to the dealership, we would service our new vehicle there, too. Thank you for living up to your slogan of hearing us and for making the purchase process so good!
