The oil change came with the purchase of my vehicle, so that was a bonus. My issue is that it took 2 hours long. Granted I wanted them to see what belt was squeaking, which I was informed was the drive belt. It was around $300 so I decided not to have it replaced. I was hoping I’d at least get a car wash after waiting that long, but that didn’t happen. Not impressed, but at least it was free, kind of.

My first experience with Ken Garff Southtowne was very positive. I dropped in to get a backup light replaced. They quickly and cheerfully fixed the light and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everything went fairly smoothly. They were accommodating with an Uber home and back. However, they ended up having to keep my car longer, and the Uber ride communication was confusing because Hyundai’s system was messed up and giving me the wrong time. But other than that, I’m happy with the service I got. It was just for a recall and checking a problem that I had noticed. They weren’t able to find what the problem was so I’m hoping that I don’t see it happen again. I am confident that if I do, I will be able to take it in and have them take care of it. My car is under warranty.

I’ve gotta admit, Carlos and Erin made the impossible, very possible, they got me the vehicle I wanted, with such a good rate. Thanks so much you guys! Definitely will be back with the wife for a second vehicle!

Good experience, although my name and number were never called when my car was ready. Instead, I had to go to the counter where someone told me they seemed to have forgotten to text me/update the link, saying my car was ready.

Friendly staff

Everyone here is always so kind and helpful. I bought my car here 2 years ago and cannot say enough good things about this dealership and everyone I’ve worked with.

I was well taken care of.

Service techs were fast to great and the service was quick. Waiting room was fine. No one explained the services provided and I had to ask for a car wash a second time but the service techs did oblige quickly. It was my first oil change here. It was good.

I took my car in after I had some work done at another shop. The other shop didn’t quite complete the work, even though I took it back to them one other time. Ken Garff fixed it the first time.

Ammon did a great job keeping me informed & updated on my vehicle. It was so quick & easy to get an oil change.

We had a hitch installed and warranty coating in the paint and seats. They were very efficient and great to work with.

The service center was absolutely wonderful. They took care of me right away. They got me an Uber ride to work and Uber ride back and it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had highly recommend.

I understand that people make mistakes. This one cost me 5 hours of my life. Always have excellent service. Sometimes they are busy but always do great work!

I’m always impressed when I take my car in for a lube, oil services that the scope of the service is so comprehensive. I get a great deal of information about the current condition of my car.

It was difficult getting the service scheduled but my service writer stayed with it and got things handled.

We had a good experience working with Ken Garff Hyundai and would do so again in the future.
