Ken Garff's Service center is unmatched. We have taken our vehicle to multiple service centers and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I had an issue where someone comped out one of our Hyundai free Maintainences at another dealership and they corrected it by providing a complimentary oil change as it was at the mistake of Hyundai. I have interacted with multiple advisors/service greeters and they have all been amazing. Bought my 2023 Hyundai Sonata from here.. they were helpful but also gave off that “too busy for you” vibe. My salesmen kept disappearing, not telling me where we were at in the process or updating me on anything.

Have had my older Sonata in for service a few times, last one just days ago. The process went very smoothly, check in and pick-up right on time. The service advisor Beth was very helpful and on top of all the details involved, as I had to return to their shop for additional repairs prompted by my questions about an oil leak. The handled it in a professional manner. We also have a Lexus and are used to top tier service that they provide, and Ken Garff did a fine job for a car brand which is more mainstream.
