I’m always impressed when I take my car in for a lube, oil services that the scope of the service is so comprehensive. I get a great deal of information about the current condition of my car.

It was difficult getting the service scheduled but my service writer stayed with it and got things handled.

We had a good experience working with Ken Garff Hyundai and would do so again in the future.

Great experience overall on my purchase. Communications with Anthony via text and phone calls gave a more personal touch and i felt at ease. Called to ask about a vehicle I saw listed on Cars. com and the phone was actually answered by a real person, not an automated system. That’s the first +. The person that answered, turned out to be in used car sales, second +. Allen gave me some basic information I needed and the call ended. I texted with more questions, and then more questions. I was texting from my recliner nursing a back injury, and for about two hours, on a Saturday afternoon, Allen was totally engaged, answered all my questions AND concerns, third +. I’m on the Western Slope of Colorado, so i couldn’t just waltz in. Ultimately, i put down a deposit over the phone, on a vehicle I hadn’t yet seen in person. Drove out a few days later, Allen Sekepyan was super cool. We took a test drive, did a little paperwork, and I bought the vehicle. I paid in full, so that’s a little different than financing, but the deal was good enough to allow for that. Money that was going to be a down payment, paid for the deal, fourth +. E

The service provided by the two people who assisted me — both José Montenegro from Sales and Erin from Finance — was excellent. The explanation of the vehicle pricing and financing was clear; my questions were answered thoroughly, and they were very patient as they helped us through the vehicle purchase process.

I worked with Jordan who helped me get into my dream car! I love love love my Palisade Calighraphy!! Jordan was determined to help me, and did not try to get me into something he knew I truly did not want. Erin was awesome going over the financing options and was very thorough! Great team!!

Taylor made purchasing a new car very simple! And made sure to get me into what I wanted at a payment that fit my budget. We will be back to purchase from him again in the future!

Excellent service first oil change on my new car. I checked everything besides that was in and out in less than an hour but they asked me if I had any concerns or issues. I’ve always had very good treatment from Ken Garff pretty much all my life since 1969 I’ve gone to other dealers and regretted it fantastic company. Keep up the great work Larry Bingham.

The tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I was pleased that they washed the car also.

I went in to get a oil change and a tire rotation, which was quick and easy. The only reason why I am giving a 4 star was due to a stripped lugnut and bolt on the back driverside tire I discovered when arriving home. I drove back immediately after catching this. The lugnut and bult was replaced for free and was a quick wait, however seeing a lugnut halfway on was very unsettling and I believe should be caught before the customer catches it. Good service, but I recommend doing a quick walk around for little things that may have been missed or overlooked before leaving the service center.

He helped me trade in my 2022 and get into a brand new 2026 Hyundai Sonata N-Line, and everything felt straightforward and well taken care of. What really stood out was the level of service after the sale. He’s not just professional—he’s great with people. We even had some great conversations about Venezuela and the best things about working with preschoolers, which made the whole experience feel genuine and not just transactional. Brought car in 4 separate times for a warranty repair. Each time I received zero updates unless I called and had to pick up the vehicle to bring it in a different day. I was then promised it would be ready the next day at noon. Called after not hearing anything past noon only to discover the person taking care of my vehicle had left on vacation and didn't pass it on to anyone else that the vehicle wasn't ready again. I called and launched a complaint, which I really hate to do. Brought the car in the next time and it was done promptly. However, there was very little in the way of 'sorry' or apologizing. No perk like a free oil change or anything to make up for 4 days of lost time without a car. A family who works for a dealership says I had to be rude and upset to get those sort of things. Why do I have to be a jerk and be the bad guy to get people to do what is right? Or at the very least have people do their jobs baseline? Why is it on the customer to be the supervisor? I've been coming here since I owned the car. My service has progressively gotten worse with each trip to South Town Hyundai. I will not be taking my car here for maintenance and will not be purchasing a Hyundai again in the future

Service is actually great but when you purchase the 3 package oil change and you don’t drive long distances to use up all 3 oil changes in 2 years it’s problematic. They should extend the amount of time you can ice the package deal to get your money’s worth!
